Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
The three applications I will use to design my magazine are all from the vast range offered by Adobe. The first of which I will use is photoshop to edit the images that I take. This is due to it allowing me to retouch images to remove any imperfections from the face of my models. In addition to this I will be able to adjust the colours of photos to make them look more vibrant.
After this I will use Illustrator, the reason for this is it will allow me to create icons and text easily and add a wide range of effects to this. This will be useful for the masthead and other text on the front page.
The final app I will be using is InDesign, this is desktop publishing software and is where my magazine page will be assembled with my images, text and any other assets. It will allow me to carefully choose the layout due to the use of layers.
